A Shift in the market?
It is way too early for me to state that the market has shifted however there are some early signs that the market is possibly becoming less of a “buyer’s market”.
Here is what I have seen recently:
A few properties have had buyer bidding wars.
A few of our buyers have missed out on properties they wanted because the property literally went under contract while I was writing the contract for our buyer.
There is a ‘positive vibe’ amongst Realtors that I cannot explain.
