This week we have been talking with two very sincere buyers from the UK. Both are cash buyers. One is in the $1.5mil to $2mil range. The other is in the +/- $450,000 range.
What’s my point?
1. We have seen very few international buyers over the past two year.
2. Buyer confidence in buying in Breckenridge appears to be returning.
