Maybe the number of people in your household has changed and you need a bigger or smaller space. Perhaps your marital status has changed. Or maybe you inherited the home and can’t afford the payments if it will be empty. It could be that the market happens to be HOT and you could make money off the strong market.

Selling a second home is much different than selling a primary residence. In most cases, you, the seller, are far away from the property.
