Number crunching says it all. We are driven by numbers, data and statistical analysis. We believe our clients need solid information on which to base their decisions. In addition, our accountant handles all budgeting and accounts.
Creative Marketing and Graphic Design
We believe the best way to sell is to develop a unique and innovative marketing plan and budget for each property, implement it and track results. Listing a property on various multiple listing services (MLS) is only one part of an effective plan. Our marketing expert is a graphic artist. Information Technology
We depend upon our computer systems and cannot afford to be without our IT professional. He installs, maintains and upgrades our network, software, hardware, phone system, etc. He is also fluent in Japanese, a definite plus in the IT industry.

The Founder
